How Saveloops works
Saveloops gives you one platform to intercept at cancel, win back churned customers, and recover failed payments—so more subscribers stay and more revenue is protected. Here’s what each part does and how you use it.
Intercepts
When someone tries to cancel or leave your product, that’s your last chance to change their mind. Intercepts let you show a targeted offer—a discount, a pause, a downgrade, or a limited-time deal—right at that moment, before they confirm cancellation.

Win-back
Not everyone who churns is gone for good. Win-back flows let you re-engage former customers with tailored emails and in-app messages—special offers, “we miss you” copy, or product updates that address why they left.
You define the audience (e.g. churned in the last 30–90 days), the creative, and the cadence. Track reactivations and segment by reason or plan type to improve win-back rates over time.
Dunning
A lot of “churn” is actually failed payments—expired cards, insufficient funds, or billing errors. Dunning is the process of gently prompting customers to update their payment method and retrying the charge so they don’t lose access by accident.
Saveloops helps you run clear, friendly dunning flows: in-app banners, emails, and retry logic that fits your billing cycle. Offer a link to update the card, retry automatically after a few days, or extend a grace period—so fewer involuntary churns and a better experience for users who want to stay.
